LeSolace Corporation is looking for a Manitoba Mortgage Manager who can manage incoming mortgage leads, support Mortgage Salespersons, and make sure files are handled properly.

This is not for someone who just wants a title.

This is a remote, contract-based, commission-only role for someone who is already licensed as a Manitoba Mortgage Salesperson and has proven mortgage sales volume.

We are looking for someone who can lead from real experience, not just words.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage incoming mortgage leads in Manitoba.
  • Speak with clients and understand what they are actually trying to do.
  • Review income, credit, down payment, property details, and mortgage goals.
  • Help assign and manage files with Manitoba Mortgage Salespersons.
  • Review Mortgage Salesperson files before they move too far.
  • Make sure files are complete, organized, and compliant.
  • Make sure Mortgage Salespersons are following Manitoba mortgage rules, brokerage process, privacy requirements, and file documentation standards.
  • Help package files clearly before they go to lenders.
  • Support Mortgage Salespersons with lender questions, file structure, and client communication.
  • Communicate with lenders, clients, appraisers, lawyers, and internal team members when needed.
  • Track lead activity, file progress, and follow-up.
  • Keep proper notes and records. No guessing. No sloppy files.

Who This Is For

This is for someone who already knows how to sell mortgages and wants to help grow the Manitoba side of the brokerage properly.

  • You are currently licensed as a Manitoba Mortgage Salesperson.
  • You have proven mortgage sales volume.
  • You can show real mortgage experience, not just talk about it.
  • You are comfortable managing incoming leads.
  • You are comfortable helping other Mortgage Salespersons with files.
  • You can review files and spot problems before they become bigger problems.
  • You care about compliance and doing things the right way.
  • You can communicate clearly with clients, lenders, and the team.
  • You can work remotely without needing someone to chase you every day.
  • You understand that mortgage brokering is not just posting online and waiting.

This is not a training role for someone brand new.

Experience matters here. You need to have done real mortgage business and understand how files actually move.

  • Strong mortgage sales history.
  • Knowledge of Winnipeg and Manitoba real estate markets.
  • Experience managing mortgage leads.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring other Mortgage Salespersons.
  • Strong lender communication skills.
  • Comfort working with self-employed borrowers and business owners.
  • Experience with private lending, refinances, investor files, or commercial deals.
  • Ability to bring in your own business or build relationships in your market.

  • Someone who only wants a manager title.
  • Someone with no real mortgage production.
  • Someone who says they are experienced but cannot show sales volume.
  • Someone who wants leads but does not follow up properly.
  • Someone who disappears after getting set up.
  • Someone who cuts corners on documents or compliance.
  • Someone who overpromises to clients just to look good.
  • Someone who cannot take direction.
  • Someone who cannot manage other people’s files properly.

Compensation

This is a contract, commission-only role.

There is no salary or hourly wage.

Compensation details depend on experience, licensing status, proven sales volume, file volume, and fit with the brokerage.
